CCS will assist you to identify contract components and understand the process from start to finish by;

• Selecting the right contract type for your project
• Decipher contract legalese.
• Agree on objectives, requirements, plans, and specifications.
• Negotiate favourable terms and make revisions to the contract.
• Identify time bars and other restrictions.
• Administer contracts appropriately and know when and how to terminate the contract including securing retention at the completion of the contract and at the end of the defect liability period.

CCS will also

• Provide a complete set of documents for your records.
• Assist in developing Programs for the project including Gantt charts, resource schedules, and schedule of rates.
• Assist in developing coordination schedules with other involved in the project.
• Assist in submitting progress claims, ITPs, RFIs, NODs, Variations, EOT, site dairies, and;
• Assist in responding to or applying for Adjudication over construction contracts.
